Senior Back-end Engineer (Python, AI & Data) en DBG Labs

You will join a high-impact engineering team working on multiple projects, ranging from custom AI-driven solutions to SaaS platforms that we actively run and scale. Our backend systems process large datasets, optimize data pipelines, and integrate machine learning models into production. The team collaborates with ML engineers, data scientists, and DevOps to build robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions across different industries.

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimize APIs, databases, and data pipelines using mainly Python and related libraries. You’ll work on scalable architectures, performance tuning, and AI integrations, ensuring high availability and efficiency in data-driven applications.

5+ years of backend development experience with Python
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, query optimization, and indexing
Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
Solid understanding of security best practices

Experience deploying AI/ML models into production
Knowledge of data engineering, ETLs, and large-scale processing
Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven architectures
Experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift
