As part of our tech team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining an existing React Native codebase while directly contributing to the product's evolution.

🧰 Key Responsibilities

Refactor and maintain an existing React Native codebase.
Implement new features in a fast-moving product.
Collaborate with product and design to understand user needs.
Own specific areas of the app and gradually clean up technical debt.
Collaborate with the founder to ship weekly improvements (with support from senior mentors during onboarding).

🧑‍💻 Must-Have Skills

2+ years experience with React Native.
Proficient in a tech stack that includes React Native, React.js, Redux, and Firebase.
Comfortable working with legacy and complex codebases.
Able to work independently and deliver features without micromanagement.

🌱 Nice-to-Have Skills

Can read and write in English (fluency not required).
Familiarity with TypeScript.
Previous startup experience is a plus.
