As a Backend Engineer at Lilo, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing, maintaining, and optimizing backend services using Node.js and JavaScript.
• Solving complex problems with minimal guidance, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth deployment and scalability of systems.
• Participating in the design of backend architecture to ensure efficient processing and data management.
• Taking ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
• Staying updated with the latest technologies and best practices in backend development.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in backend engineering.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Node.js and JavaScript, alongside MongoDB.
• Experience using Docker.
• Fluency in English at a C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tasks with minimal information.
• An ownership mentality: being proactive, accountable, and willing to take on responsibilities beyond your role.
