MTD is looking for a highly organized Bilingual Account Coordinator.

You will be the organizational anchor for our Account Management team, working directly as the right-hand to our Senior Account Executive to ensure client requirements are captured accurately and internal communication flows seamlessly.

To Do

Attend client meetings (English/Spanish), take detailed minutes, and track action items.
Translate client needs and Account Executive notes into clear, structured briefs for the production/project team.
Manage calendars, follow up on priority emails, and ensure the CRM is always up to date.
Act as a proactive filter, organizing information before it reaches the internal teams.

Must

Advanced English (C1/C2): Flawless written and spoken communication for international clients.
Hyper-Organization: You excel at bringing order to fast-paced environments and anticipating needs.
Experience: 2+ years in account coordination, B2B customer success, or bilingual executive assistance.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with modern CRM tools, project management software, and collaborative workspaces.

Nice to Have

Previous experience working in Advertising, Marketing Agencies, or Creative environments.
