Accounting & Operations Assistant en Commerce Theory

Firefly Recovery is a fast-growing athletic recovery technology company with a large direct-to-consumer business across the U.S. and several international markets, plus more than 1,000 professional and collegiate team customers. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to own our recurring bookkeeping and take routine operational tasks off our leadership team's plate. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), ongoing, remote contract role reporting to our COO/CFO. We are prioritizing candidates based in Latin America.

The priority is dependable, accurate basic accounting and operations support. Occasional light financial reporting is part of the role, but this is not primarily an advanced financial analysis position.

• Solid understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation
• Reliable, self-directed, and responsive, with strong written English
• QuickBooks Online and/or Shopify experience highly desired
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, formatting, and pivot tables
• Comfortable preparing clear reports and presentations (PowerPoint a plus)
• Based in Latin America and available for significant overlap with U.S. business hours
• Prior remote or contract experience a plus
