MemoryCorp.ai is building an AI-powered knowledge management platform tailored for industrial companies, including manufacturing, oil & gas, and field services. Our mission is to capture critical expertise from documents, videos, and field work and transform it into standardized SOPs, checklists, and an AI copilot that preserves institutional knowledge beyond personnel turnover. The core Vision Learning technology automatically converts field videos into structured procedures. We are at MVP stage with our first paying customer and are seeking a true co-founder to lead technology strategy and execution, partnering directly with the CEO to shape the product and the company’s trajectory. This role offers meaningful equity and ownership of the full tech stack, with the ability to drive significant impact across product direction.

What you’ll own
- Take full ownership of the technical stack: AI/RAG architecture, multimodal AI pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and DevOps practices.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap in alignment with product strategy and business goals.
- Architect scalable, production-grade systems for real-time data processing, video understanding, and SOP generation.
- Lead the design and implementation of secure, compliant solutions for industrial customers, including data governance and reliability targets.
- Build and mentor a high-performance technical team as we scale from MVP to a platform used by global enterprise customers.
- Maintain a strong focus on architecture, reliability, monitoring, and cost optimization while delivering fast, quality shipping.
- Drive technology due diligence, vendor selection, and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.
- Represent the technology voice in executive discussions, translating business needs into actionable technical initiatives.
Who we are looking for
We want a hands-on, strategic technologist who thrives in zero-to-one environments and enjoys shipping tangible products. You’ve built production AI systems, including RAG pipelines and LLM integrations, and you’re comfortable leading cloud initiatives with a strong DevOps mindset. You should be a compelling communicator who can balance technical excellence with pragmatic decision-making, and you’re excited to build a disruptive tool for industrial knowledge management in a high-velocity startup setting.
Required experience and skills
- Proven track record building AI-powered systems at scale (RAG, multimodal AI, or similar).
- Deep expertise across AI/ML stack, data infrastructure, and end-to-end model deployment (MLOps).
- Strong cloud engineering capabilities (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience designing scalable architectures, data governance, security, and compliance for enterprise use.
- Prior leadership experience (team growth, mentoring, and organizer of delivery processes).
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to influence product direction and technical strategy at the executive level.
Nice-to-have
- Background in industrial sectors (manufacturing, oil & gas, field services) or knowledge management platforms.
- Familiarity with video understanding, computer vision, NLP, and knowledge capture from unstructured sources.
We value candidates who are entrepreneurial, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership in a founder-driven environment. You should be comfortable balancing long-term architectural vision with near-term shipping velocity, and you should be motivated by equity-driven compensation and the opportunity to shape a startup from the ground up. Experience working with enterprise customers in regulated industries, as well as success in fundraising or investor interactions, is a plus.
We offer meaningful equity and below-market salary with growth potential, complemented by full technical ownership of the platform. This is a founder-level opportunity in a rapidly growing startup with real customer traction (MVP in place, first paying customer). Location support includes Monterrey, NL, Mexico, with remote-friendly arrangements and the option for hybrid work. You’ll join a mission-driven team building a platform used by leading industrial brands, with direct visibility into GTM relationships (Kawasaki, Brembo, Metalsa, Caterpillar, and more) in one of Mexico’s most active industrial markets. Expect a collaborative, fast-paced environment where ideas materialize quickly and you’ll ship meaningful technology that keeps critical knowledge inside customers’ organizations.
