• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the Mexican market.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and qualify new sales leads.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Manage and forecast sales activity.
• Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coach and mentor sales representatives on best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in the healthcare and medical devices industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
