Job Details:

We are seeking a Signavio Administrator who will be responsible for the comprehensive management, configuration, and governance of our company’s Signavio platform, including Signavio Collaboration Hub and Enterprise Plus Edition. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation, integrity, and continuous improvement of our business process management ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude, a deep understanding of BPM principles, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various business and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Account and Access Management:

  • Manage user accounts, roles, and access rights within Signavio Collaboration Hub and Enterprise Plus Edition to ensure appropriate data security and functional access.
  • Onboard new users, provide initial training on platform usage, and manage user lifecycle within Signavio.
  • Regularly review and audit user permissions to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Configuration Management:

  • Maintain and update Signavio attributes, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all process models and documentation.
  • Manage the integration and mapping of IT systems, SOX controls, t-codes (if applicable to SAP environments), and data dictionary elements within the Signavio environment.
  • Ensure that all configured elements align with organizational standards and support effective process analysis and reporting.

Workflow Governance:

  • Administer and manage formal process approval workflows within Signavio Governance, ensuring adherence to established governance frameworks.
  • Initiate, cancel, reroute, and monitor process approval flows, providing support and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Oversee the publishing of approved process models and related documentation within Signavio, ensuring version control and proper dissemination.

Process Support and Collaboration:

  • Provide expert support and guidance to business and IT teams on process modeling best practices and Signavio functionalities.
  • Monitor and follow up on placeholder tasks, governance workflows, and other pending items to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes within Signavio.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance Signavio adoption and capability across the organization.

System Maintenance and Optimization:

  • Perform regular health checks and maintenance activities on the Signavio platform.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to optimize Signavio performance and user experience.
  • Stay updated with new Signavio features and releases, assessing their applicability and planning for adoption.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Generate reports on process performance, workflow status, and user adoption to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze Signavio usage data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.

Documentation:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Signavio administration procedures, configurations, and user guides.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a system administration role, with at least 2 years specifically administering Signavio (Collaboration Hub, Process Manager, and/or Process Governance).
  • Proven experience in business process management (BPM) concepts and methodologies.
  • Experience with workflow management and governance tools.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Signavio platform administration and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and attribute management.
  • Familiarity with integration concepts between BPM tools and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
  • Basic understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus.
