About the role: We're seeking an enthusiastic Product Manager / Business Analyst to join our product team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology while developing your product management skills in a supportive, knowledge-sharing environment.

Core Requirements:

• 3+ years of Product Management or Business Analysis experience/knowledge

Demonstrated expertise in core PM/BA methodologies:

• User story writing and story slicing
• User story mapping
• User journey mapping
• Release planning
• Understanding of product discovery and analytics
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience balancing business objectives with user needs
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional product teams
• SaaS product experience
• Strong prioritization skills using various frameworks

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive product discovery and requirement gathering
• Create and maintain clear, detailed product documentation
• Write and slice user stories that effectively communicate requirements
• Collaborate with development and design teams to deliver features
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, support)
• Help ensure delivered features meet business objectives and user needs
• Maintain and organize project documentation
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and product planning

• Experience with user tracking tools and data analytics
• UI/UX skills or UX writing capabilities
• Customer interview experience
• Software development background
• Product documentation expertise
• Experience working with marketing on feature releases
• Industry expertise
• Relevant training or continued education in product management
