Coderslab.io is looking to hire a Power BI Developer (Reporting & Analytics) to drive the design, development, and optimization of data visualization and reporting solutions across the organization.

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Power BI & Reporting Expert to join our data team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights by designing, developing, and maintaining complex BI solutions. The ideal candidate is a master of data visualization and possesses the technical depth to optimize reporting performance across diverse data environments.

Funciones del cargo

Dashboard Development: Design and implement high-end, interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear business value.

Data Modeling: Build and optimize robust data models (Star Schema/Snowflake) to ensure reporting accuracy and high performance.

DAX & Power Query: Write advanced DAX calculations and utilize Power Query (M language) for complex data transformation and business logic.

Reporting Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize report performance, ensuring fast load times and efficient data refresh cycle

Requerimientos del cargo

Professional Experience: Proven track record as a Power BI Expert, Data Analyst, or in a similar reporting-focused role.
Technical Mastery: Advanced command of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX.
Language Proficiency: C1 English level (Advanced/Fluent) is mandatory, as you will be communicating with international stakeholders and documenting technical processes in English.
SQL Skills: Strong ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction.
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings in a visually compelling way.
Database Knowledge: Hands-on experience or familiarity with ClickHouse is highly valued.
