What you’ll do

You will work closely with the Services Manager in preparing and executing onboarding and royalty processing tasks.
You will process royalty statements, enter contract information and review royalty calculations with a high attention to detail.
You will reformat data and prep it for onboarding into the Curve platform.
You’ll use your problem-solving skills and platform knowledge to address client queries and investigate setup issues.
You will build collaborative relationships with your colleagues and our clients and become a trusted partner in their day-to-day use of Curve.

You are fluent in English.
You take care in your work and pay close attention to the details.
You have good mathematical skills and are able to apply them to reviewing and analyzing royalty calculations.
You have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and can creatively utilize formulas and tools such as XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables to review and reformat data effectively.
You’re a natural problem-solver who enjoys digging into complex challenges and figuring things out. You don’t need to have all the answers up front, but you’re able to investigate, ask the right questions, and find a path forward.
You have an interest in or understanding of the music industry, particularly in the areas of royalties and copyright management – or you’re eager to build that knowledge quickly.
You're naturally curious. When something catches your attention, you take the time to explore it and learn from it.
You are self-motivated, take initiative, take ownership of your work, and can stay focused and organised in a remote environment.
You're confident asking questions and comfortable with what you don't yet know. You know when to dig deeper and when to ask for help rather than assume.

Optional skills

Previous experience in royalties, SQL or python are a plus.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
