We are seeking a highly experiencedSemi Senior QA Automation Engineer (GCP/Cypress) to join our team remotely from anywhere in Latin America at Devsu.

Funciones del cargo

Design, implement, and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and E2E) using Cypress.
Execute and document functional tests for critical business scenarios.
Perform API testing to validate backend services.
Configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions.
Work with GCP services (Cloud Functions, Workflows, App Engine, credentials).
Refactor and improve coverage of legacy code.
Participate in defining and implementing effective testing practices.
Execute cross-browser and multi-device testing (Browserstack – nice to have).

Requerimientos del cargo

2–3 years of experience in test automation with JavaScript.
Strong hands-on experience with Cypress for E2E testing (1–2 years minimum).
Experience with API testing (Postman, JS libraries).
2+ years of experience with GCP, including Cloud Functions, Workflows, App Engine, and credential management.
Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions (deployment and PR validation).
At least 1 year of experience in functional QA.
Fluent English – minimum B2 level.

Soft Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactivity and continuous improvement mindset.
Flexibility to alternate between functional QA and automation when required.

Opcionales

Knowledge of Angular.
Experience with Browserstack.
