As a Business Development Representative, you’ll engage in outbound prospecting for tech clients across SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, logistics, and more. You’ll build high-quality sales pipelines, leverage leading tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and craft targeted outreach messages based on client needs. What You’ll Do

  • Outbound prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Lead generation: Build high-quality pipelines for tech clients in SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, logistics, and more.
  • Use sales tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, and related platforms to manage activity.
  • Strategic communication: Understand client needs and craft targeted outreach messaging.
  • Market research collaboration: Leverage data to optimize conversion rates.
  • Continuous learning: Participate in structured training and mentorship to advance skills.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Fluent English (C1+) in speaking and writing, comfortable with daily calls and emails to US/EU prospects.
  • Around 6–12 months of experience in B2B outbound sales OR another customer‑facing role (BDR, SDR, inside sales, customer success, support, etc.). We are open to Junior BDRs.
  • Strong communication skills, resilience, and motivation to work in an outbound environment.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) – we train you on our stack.
  • Curiosity and growth mindset: you like testing, analyzing, and improving your own results.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver consistent activity/results in a remote role.
  • Legally able to work from a LATAM country, with preference for candidates based in Chile or Colombia, and available for overlap with US time zones.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience as a B2B outbound BDR/SDR or inside sales rep for tech/SaaS companies.
  • Basic understanding of modern outbound methodologies (multi‑channel outreach, cadences, personalization at scale).
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment and collaborating with cross‑functional, international teams.
