Within the organization, the RevOps Automation & AI Engineer will join the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team, centered around improving internal efficiency for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success departments, as well as embedding advanced AI functionalities in our customer-facing products. The role supports Blazestack’s mission by driving seamless integration of data, automation, and AI-powered workflows, ultimately enhancing both internal operational performance and the value delivered to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Automations & Agentic Workflows: Design and implement automation across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions to streamline lead capture, routing, enrichment, and notifications within CRM and marketing platforms. Build proactive AI-driven workflows that monitor sales pipelines for stalled deals, trigger outreach or nudges to teams, and suggest marketing or customer success playbooks based on real-time customer signals. Automate customer onboarding, renewals, upsell alerts, and health check-ins with minimal manual intervention. Integrate notifications into communication tools like Slack and Email to enhance pipeline visibility and account health monitoring.
RevOps & SaaS Metrics Reporting: Develop and maintain automated reporting pipelines for key SaaS metrics including ARR, CARR, MRR, churn rates, and expansion revenue with cohort analysis. Ensure clean and reliable data synchronization across CRM, billing, and support systems. Build user-friendly dashboards using tools such as Airtable, Google Sheets, and Retool to provide leadership with real-time visibility into SaaS performance. Enhance GTM forecasting accuracy by building intelligent agentic workflows that identify risks and opportunities autonomously.
Prompt Engineering for AI Workflows and Products: Create, refine, and maintain large language model (LLM) prompts for internal automation tasks such as summarization and classification, as well as customer-facing AI features, including autonomous copilots. Establish prompt libraries and best practices for consistency, safety, and effectiveness. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate LLM-powered agents into external products, ensuring smooth operation and customer impact.

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for a prompt and automation engineer with strong expertise in automation platforms and Revenue Operations tooling who can bridge the gap between GTM teams and technology systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, and Pipedream to automate workflows efficiently across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Mastery of RevOps stack products including HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and Gainsight is essential.

Candidates should demonstrate strong skills in building SaaS metrics dashboards covering ARR, churn, and expansion revenue, and have comfort integrating via RESTful and GraphQL APIs along with scripting abilities in Python or JavaScript. Experience in prompt engineering and orchestrating large language model workflows is required, working with platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, and HuggingFace. Familiarity with multi-agent workflow orchestration (e.g., using CrewAI, LangGraph, or AutoGen) and solid understanding of data structures and transformations (JSON, CSV, webhooks) are critical.

The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with GTM, product, and engineering teams. The ability to prioritize tasks, troubleshoot issues quickly, and innovate using new AI-driven approaches is essential to the success in this role.

Desirable Qualifications

A background in Revenue Operations or GTM systems administration will be a strong advantage. Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere is a plus. Familiarity with agentic AI workflows embedded within products, including autonomous copilots that monitor data and act proactively, will be beneficial. Prior contributions to open-source LLM tooling or participation in AI safety and reproducibility initiatives would distinguish candidates further.
