What You'll Do

Now Hiring: Art Director

We are looking for an experienced and driven Art Director to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels in client communication, and has a passion for guiding remote creative teams to deliver high-quality results. You will play a key role in maintaining our design standards and supporting the growth of both our team and client relationships.

Lead client communication, including calls and strategic support tailored to client needs
Identify new project opportunities and areas for service improvement
Provide direction to project managers to ensure alignment with client goals and team capabilities
Foster effective collaboration between clients and the creative team
Support customer inquiries and maintain a high level of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

What You Bring

5+ years of professional design experience, with a strong emphasis on client engagement and team leadership
Demonstrated ability to lead and support remote teams in delivering exceptional creative work
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Extensive experience in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
