As part of our Sales and Business Development team, you will play a critical role in showcasing our products and services to potential clients while contributing to UniteSync's growth in the music and tech sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent UniteSync’s products and services in the music publishing and rights management industry.
  • Conduct market research to align our solutions with the needs of composers, songwriters, and music publishers.
  • Generate leads and foster relationships with warm prospects while actively seeking new partnership opportunities.
  • Manage a pipeline of interested prospects and collaborate with executives for effective follow-ups.
    Analyze lead generation strategies and contribute to developing the UniteSync Sales Playbook.
  • Utilize CRM tools, email campaigns, and targeted outreach (including cold calling) to drive new sales.
    Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects and ensure a smooth handoff to client success teams.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities in the music and tech sectors.
  • Facilitate meetings between prospective clients and UniteSync leadership.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven sales experience, particularly in tech or music-related industries.
  • Strong communication skills via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, paired with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • High ambition and a desire to grow within a dynamic sales organization.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter capable of delivering measurable results with minimal supervision.

Desirable Skills

  • A background in music or a solid understanding of the music industry is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and client relationship management is a plus.
  • Previous exposure to rights management or music publishing systems would enhance your contribution.
