We are seeking a highly skilled and creative WordPress Designer & Developer to develop and design our new, custom-designed website working with our marketing leadership and team. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of design and development, from front-end user experience to back-end functionality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building bespoke solutions and minimizing reliance on plugins or page builders like Elementor. Additionally, you will seamlessly integrate the site with key marketing and analytics tools: HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.

• Custom Website Development: Design and develop a unique, visually appealing, and user-friendly website on WordPress, prioritizing custom code over pre-built solutions.
• HubSpot Integration: Seamlessly connect the website with HubSpot, ensuring data flow and functionality across forms, landing pages, and workflows.
• GTM & GA Implementation: Set up and configure Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to track key metrics and user interactions.
• Front-End & Back-End Development: Handle both front-end and back-end development, demonstrating expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Responsive Design: Ensure the website looks and functions flawlessly on all devices, prioritizing a mobile-first approach.
• Performance Optimization: Implement best practices to guarantee fast load times and optimal performance, even with custom code.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct rigorous testing to identify and fix any issues that may arise from custom development.
