Senior Marketing Lead en Heepsy

Heepsy is an influencer marketing B2B Saas that helps brands and agencies do influencer marketing more efficiently. We´ve built an end-to-end platform that includes influencer search, analytics, outreach, CRM, payments and more.

We are a small fully remote team of highly talented senior professionals. Our work environment fosters responsibility, ownership, proactiveness, curiosity and leverage of the latest AI tools available to multiply our effectiveness in all fronts.

We expect you to take over all the marketing activities of Heepsy. Anything that is marketing related is your domain and responsibility.

On one hand, you will manage our current main acquisition channels: Google Ads and SEO. Currently 2 agencies take care of that, we hope you to take over.

On the other hand, we need to work on all other aspects of marketing which are unexplored in our organization:
* Expand to new unexplored channels: Social media ads, affiliate marketing, Influencer marketing, Content marketing, etc
* Proper setup of all aspects of marketing: automation, product marketing dynamics, social media management strategies, proper reporting with deep understanding of attribution and LTV and CAC per channel, etc
* Anything else you consider important :)

These are our requirements, we will test them rigorously during the interview process:
* High level in English.
* 5 years of experience in marketing roles.
* Advanced level and proven expertise in Google Ads.
* Advanced level and proven expertise in SEO.
* Highly analytical profile.
* Experience in other marketing areas and channels.

* Experience in Saas B2B startups
* Experiene in marketing automation
* Experience in marketing reporting
* Experience in social media management
* Experience in influencer marketing
* Experience launching new channels
* Fluent in Spanish.
