This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and executional expertise, ensuring the design team produces high-quality, innovative, and impactful work. As an Art Director at Noetic, you will oversee and mentor the design team while raising the bar on our creative output across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

As an Art Director, you will:

Lead and mentor the design team, fostering creativity and innovation.
Set and uphold high-quality design standards across all deliverables.
Be hands-on in the design process, from concept development to final execution.
Oversee marketing assets and ad creatives for digital and print campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and product teams to align creative efforts with business goals.
Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating best practices and AI-driven design tools.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Who You Are

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Art Director with significant experience in the field. You are a leader who thrives on creative collaboration and possesses a deep understanding of design principles. Essential skills include:

5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a marketing agency.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, marketing assets, and ad creatives.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing/motion graphics.
Experience with AI-driven design tools is a plus.
Advanced English level and excellent communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive mindset.

Nice to Have

While the following skills are not required, they would be a valuable addition:

Knowledge of web design principles and UX/UI.
Familiarity with coding or basic web development.
Ability to work in a variety of styles and adapt to different project requirements.
