Next Gen Lab is a fast-growing YouTube media company that is building a new highly creative, short-form 3D animated videos (15–40 seconds).

We are seeking a long-term, full-time 3D Animator to contribute to YouTube Shorts from a remote location. The project emphasizes energetic, eye-catching visuals built for social platforms. You will join a creative team to produce consistent, high-quality shorts and help scale the channel as it grows.

The Role

Produce high-quality 3D animated shorts (15–30 seconds) for YouTube Shorts.
Interpret storyboards and briefs while contributing original creative ideas.
Maintain fast turnaround times (roughly 1 short every 2-4 days).
Collaborate effectively with the team, manage revisions, and communicate progress clearly.
Self-manage workflow to meet deadlines and production goals.

What You Will Bring

Strong portfolio showcasing 3D animation work (links to ArtStation, Behance, YouTube, or personal site).

Experience in 3D animation; character animation is a plus but not required.

Fluent in English (written and spoken). Reliable internet and the ability to work remotely full-time.

Comfortable with independent contractor status and handling your own taxes/insurance locally.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Proficiency in Blender, Maya, Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D, After Effects, or any combination that delivers high-quality animation.

Strong storytelling sense, timing, and ability to adapt visuals to fast-paced social media formats.
