Required Skills and Experience:

 A successful Software Engineering Manager at Crossover will demonstrate the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Proven managerial skills with at least 5 years of experience managing multiple teams
• Experience with cloud architecture and DevOps
• Experience with test automation and CI/CD
• At least 5 years of experience in hands-on Ruby on Rails programming
• At least 5 years of experience with some front-end JavaScript framework
• Proficiency in Agile, SDLC, or SLA
• Proficiency in AWS and TDD is desired but not mandatory
• Outstanding English communication skills

Total compensation: $50/hr for 40 productive hours per week
