RESPONSIBILITIES
Negotiation and direct contact with clients abroad from the beginning stage of the project till the end, including the checkup of requirements, negotiation deadlines, and requirement changes.
Project planification: including detection and development of risk mitigation strategies, assembling teams and cost estimation.
The selection, coordination and evaluation of performance of the team members.

REQUIREMENTS
Work profile oriented to professionals in the Software Engineering field. Strong knowledge on Agile methodologies. (Scrum or KANBAN), have at least 3 years of experience on management of team and Customer orientation. Bachelor of Science in System Engineering, or Business Administration. Advanced or intermediate English proficiency.
