After leading global AI initiatives for industry leaders, we are now building the future of industrial intelligence: where deep technical capability meets the grit of real-world impact.

  • 4-day week. We work Monday through Thursday, 8 hours a day. We believe in the balance between work and life — and nothing reinforces that like a 3-day weekend every week. We work 80% of the hours and maintain 100% of the salary and output (We suspect that we're actually more productive by working one day less).
